- Rates are quoted per room, up to two guests sharing and including Full English breakfast and VAT.
- Rates above are subject to change, refer to the online booking page to view current rates for your selected dates.
- Minimum 2-night stay applies to all weekends, Bank holidays and peak periods. Exceptions upon request and subject to availability.
- Cancelation Policy: UP TO 30 days of arrival no charge applies on cancelation. WITHIN 30 days of arrival full stay charge applies to

Accessibility:
We are situated in an elevated part of Llandudno along North Parade Road.
There are 3 steps to the front terrace and then another 7 to the front door. Unfortunately, there is no disabled access.
There is a lift to all floors, however please note that the Elm Tree is not equipped to accommodate guests requiring special access, as the layout of the rooms and public areas inside have restricted space and facilities. In the event of any emergency within the hotel we are not in a position to provide the necessary support.
Parking:
A drop off zone immediately in front of the hotel will be available as far as possible in order to accommodate a convenient space to load off luggage and guests on arrival.
Pay-and-display parking is available in the immediate area at £3.70 (seasonal surcharges apply) 10a.m. to 4p.m. Thereafter it’s free parking up to 10a.m. Blue badge parking is available within easy distance to the hotel, subject to availability. There are a number of public parking areas available as well as ‘side streets’ and there is the option of pre-booking your parking at the Llandudno Station.
We will assist as far as possible with parking facilities but kindly note that it is beyond our ability to guarantee space.
