The Elm Tree accommodation rate includes breakfast, served between 8:30am and 9:30am in our well-appointed dining room overlooking the Llandudno Bay. The Elm Tree ‘signature’ breakfast is well known for its vast selection of freshly cooked ho items, most of which are sourced locally and cooked to order. In addition, guests may enjoy a cold buffet of fresh fruits, cereals, fruit juices, welsh cakes and croissants.
Self-service ‘specialty coffees’ are available at a nominal charge throughout the day and drinks/refreshments from the very popular honesty bar.

On Church Walks Rd, within very short walking distance from The Elm Tree, Snooze offers a good selection of fine wines and beers in a tastefully decorated environment. The menu is of high standard and served as ‘tapas style’ sharing dishes and platters or lighter meal options. Elm Tree Guests will get a 10% discount on presenting a discount card (which we’ll let you have on check-in)
Located literally across the road from The Elm Tree, Osborne House Café and Grill is set in a romantic atmosphere in their lovely Grade ll listed building, decorated in true Victorian style. Seasonal menu offers a wonderful range of dishes from fresh fish to welsh lamb and traditional fish and chips. It’s the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion or to enjoy a quiet night out.
Within easy walking distance on Upper Mostyn Street, this is a very popular choice for lunch and dinner, offering a tasty menu of home cooked food in a modern and fresh environment. Elm tree guests also receive 10% off their food bill here!
Best traditional Italian food in town, run by an Italian family and located in Craig-y-don about a 20 minute walk (or 5 minute taxi ride) from The Elm Tree and ideal if you’re visiting the theatre. The authentic Italian menu will not disappoint you, and includes a good choice of vegetarian options too.
